2. Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain one personal account
• Keep your login details secure

Note: We may suspend accounts for policy violations.

3. Location Services

Many features require location. If disabled, the app will have limited functionality.

We do not show your real-time location to other users.

4. Matching & Nudges

Nudge provides:

• Proximity-based matching
• Event-based discovery
• AI-generated compatibility scores

We do not guarantee match availability or outcomes.

5. Advertisements & Offers

5.1 Location-Based Offers

Premium users may receive:

• Offers from nearby businesses
• Discounts linked to specific venues

These offers are submitted by third-party businesses.

5.2 Sponsored Spots (Future Freemium Tier)

Free users may see sponsored placements. These will be:

• Location-based
• Interest-based
• Contextual

No personal data is shared with advertisers.

5.3 Nudge's Role

Nudge is a platform, not the seller. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality
• Availability
• Business conduct
• Incorrect or expired offers

6. Event Participation

When you join an event through Nudge:

• Your name and email may be shared with the organiser
• You participate at your own risk
• Nudge is not responsible for event changes or cancellations

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Harass or harm users
• Impersonate others
• Use the app unlawfully
• Scrape or reverse engineer the service
• Upload harmful content
• Misuse location features

8. Safety Disclaimer

Nudge:

• Does not conduct background checks
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles
• Is not responsible for interactions between users

Important: Exercise judgement and meet in public settings.

9. Paid Features

Premium plans include:

• Unlimited Nudge interactions
• Location-based offers
• Additional filters
• Other benefits as described in-app

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

10. Intellectual Property

Nudge App Ltd owns:

• Branding
• Logos
• Software
• Algorithms
• AI matching systems

Users receive a licence to use the app but not the underlying technology.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of Terms
• Fraud
• Harmful behaviour

You may delete your account at any time.

12. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Nudge is not liable for financial loss
• Nudge is not liable for injury from in-person meetings
• Nudge makes no warranty of uninterrupted service

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
